Orion Technologies Nigeria Limited is a company which was set up by a group of Nigerian and overseas investors to operate on-line lotteries in Nigeria.

Orion Technologies received the licence to operate an exclusive on-line lottery from the Lagos State Government in August 2004, after a law had been passed earlier that month enabling the Government to license a single operator.
